Technology Architecture Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Morristown, NJ)

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Architecture Associate Manager in Morristown, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

• Assess, design, implement and/or support world‑class information technology architectures for Accenture or our clients, spanning simple IT projects to large‑scale, enterprise‑level change programs.
• Conduct architectural assessments and define solutions for moderately complex problems.
• Design, build, deliver and run the engagement’s, platform’s and/or product’s required architecture (i.e. development, operations, execution, data, application, etc.).
• Provide the work’s technical conscience, defining and driving the right solution to meet the technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operations and capability needs.
• Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management.
• Provide architecture Quality Assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements.
• Support the technology team by solutioning and estimating for proposals, planning, and pricing.

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Implementing cloud platforms and architecture in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud;
• Collaborating across Solution Architecture, Engineering, Sales and Development teams;
• Implementing regulatory compliance standards including MARS‑E or HDS, and HIPAA or SOC 2;
• Designing and implementing networking architecture across various cloud providers;
• Managing operating systems and cloud‑based infrastructure services including Kubernetes;
• Implementing data platform solutions using Tableau, Alteryx, Informatica, Talend and Databricks or Snowflake;
• Automating infrastructure utilizing Terraform and AWS Cloud Formation or Ansible;
• Utilizing scripting languages including Python and Bash or Power Shell; and
• Suggesting improvements on ongoing performance issues.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
