• Lead the development of innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

  This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days a week on-site.

• Associate Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of Experience in Python Development
• A minimum of 3 years of Experience with Oracle SQL Development
• A minimum of 3 years of Experience in Banking/Finance Domains

• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Knowledge on frameworks like Django or Flask
• Working experience on version control tools like GIT
• Bachelor's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
