Application Programmer Oracle Financials

Key Responsibilities

• As a Custom application programmer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.

• You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Expert proficiency in Oracle Financials is required.

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems is recommended.

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Project Billing, Oracle Fixed Assets, and Oracle Financial Reporting Compliance Cloud is suggested.

• Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance software development practices.

• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.

* Locations:
Hybrid - 3 days/weekly (60%) onsite - NYC or Jersey City

* Requirement: 5 days away mandate per quarter

• Minimum 5 years experience in Oracle ERP Financial Implementation

• Minimum 3 years experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financial

• Working experience with Oracle Financial AP, FA, GL modules, BPM workflow, OCR, BIP reporting, PL SQL, Unix

• High School Diploma or GED

• Knowledge on PL SQL Unix

• Working experience on version control tools like GIT

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York/New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
