REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's Degree in HR
- Min 10 yrs of HR - ER & LOA
- Senior or Professional in Human Resources (SPHR/PHR) certification +
- Multi-state HR experience
- Able to travel up to 20%
- Able to operate at c-suite level
- Will be mentoring/guiding HR professionals
- Could have to step in to lead the team
