Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Homecare / In Home

• Assist with personal care (dressing, mobility, bathing, grooming, toileting, exercise)
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Offer medication reminders
• Accompany client to medical appointments, errands, and social events

• Hourly shifts range from 4 to 12 hours

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide License (required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Recent negative TB test
• Proof of MMR vaccine (measles, mumps, rubella)
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

• The employee must be an active certified home health aide (CHHA) in New Jersey and in good standing with the board of nursing.
• Employees must work 3 weeks; after the 3 weeks are completed, you will be paid the bonus amount.

• Refer 1 employee – $200.00 per employee
• Refer 2 employees – $250.00 per employee
• Refer 3 employees – $300.00 per employee
• Refer 4 employees – $350.00 per employee
• Refer 5 employees – $400.00 per employee
