The MLT will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory science, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures in areas such as hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and blood bank.
• Collect and process specimens (blood, urine, tissues, etc.) for analysis.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure quality control and assurance procedures are followed to maintain accurate and reliable test results.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory test results.
• Prepare and report findings to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory tests and procedures.
• Adhere to laboratory safety and infection control protocols.
