The entrepreneurial individual who successfully qualifies and is selected for this career opportunity will work within a team of Financial Advisors whose goal is to successfully help their clients achieve financial goals.

• Developing relationships with clients (both existing and prospective)
• Gathering client information and using that information to build robust financial plans
• Helping clients prepare for their retirement
• Preparing and reviewing investment portfolio recommendations

• Have prior sales experience and/or enjoy networking and seeking new clients
• Have a college degree or equivalent work/life experience with a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• No prior knowledge of the financial services industry is required due to our comprehensive training and development program

• Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
• Compensation path includes part-time CDP Affiliate phase (initial pay: $15/hour, subject to state minimums)
• Full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA) through commissions and bonuses in the first full year (typical range $50,000 - $75,000 in commissions/bonuses)
• Eligible for 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid leave, subject to plan terms
