Overview

Successful candidate will work collaboratively with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges that may arise.

Will be involved in commercial site development design projects and work collaboratively with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges that may arise. Your projects will include the design of site and civil engineering for retail, office, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments. Our clients include healthcare campuses, large scale office complexes and other commercial developments.

• Planning and organization capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly.
• Consistent work effort and dependability.
• Ability to apply technical know-how to a diverse range of projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professionally licensed in New Jersey.
• Site civil development experience.
• 5 - 10+ years work experience in the civil engineering is required.

SALARY: $125-175K
