Physician Assistant, Urology

Overview

Atlantic Health is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join AMG Urology in Summit, New Jersey. The practice has locations in Summit and Bridgewater, affiliated with Overlook Medical Center. The ideal candidate will bring a positive and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and clinical expertise. The PA will assist physicians and the practice in delivering high-quality patient care in urology, with inpatient responsibilities.

• Assist physicians and the urology practice in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Provide inpatient support and participate in various urology procedures as appropriate.
• Develop independence to establish a niche within the practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and medical assistants as an active team member.

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant from an accredited program
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Experience in Urology is a plus
• Surgical experience and robotics training are a plus
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
