We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent with 5-8 years of construction supervision experience to oversee daily operations on our multi-family residential project in Morristown, NJ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of concrete super structure and wood framing, demonstrated experience managing projects from site establishment through final closeout, and a proven track record in multi-family residential construction.

You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors and crews, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations, maintaining quality standards, and documenting daily progress.

You must be proficient with Procore and Bluebeam, skilled in Microsoft Office, comfortable with virtual meeting platforms, and have a valid driver's license. OSHA 30-hour certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to safety. You will work full-time on-site, manage heavy equipment operations, coordinate material deliveries, conduct daily safety briefings, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
