Job Title: Contract Membership Specialist
Contract Length: 12 months, possibility to extend
Work Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM ET
Location: 100% Remote
Job SummarySanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Contract Membership Specialist (CMS) for a remote 12-month contract. The CMS will be responsible for managing the membership life cycle of large organized customers (LOC) using Model N Revenue Manager and supporting contract membership operations across multiple systems and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain membership eligibility and affiliations for both direct and indirect customers using Model N Revenue Manager.
- Process Master Data requests within SAP iShift per business rules for Vaccines accounts.
- Monitor data accuracy in Revenue Manager and boundary systems.
- Resolve membership inquiries from account management teams and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicate and reconcile discrepancies with internal teams and external customers.
- Access and utilize reporting tools such as Micro Strategy, Revenue Manager, and other boundary systems.
- Maintain compliance with SOX, government pricing policies, and audit documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with the Sanofi Account Management team to support membership and contracting processes.
- Maintain updated and accurate membership files in line with audit/compliance expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and harmonization across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of experience in Contracting, Membership, or Pricing preferred.
- Experience with Model N Revenue Manager and SAP iShift highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of compliance, SOPs, and government pricing policies a plus.
