Co-Manufacturing & Commercial Sourcing Manager

They are hiring a Co-Manufacturing & Commercial Sourcing Manager to support and scale co-manufacturing and commercial sourcing operations. This hybrid role partners closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant, and resilient supply chain execution.

- Own relationships with co-manufacturing, co-packing, and select commercial partners, acting as the key point of contact
- Drive commercial sourcing efforts including RFPs, logistics providers, imports, sea freight, and carrier bids
- Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, SLAs, and ongoing performance management
- Partner closely with internal customer service and logistics teams to ensure seamless end-to-end product flow
- Support commercialization initiatives including new product launches, packaging changes, and network updates
- Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and help strengthen supply chain continuity
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related business discipline
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar FMCG role, ideally within food & beverage
- 2–5 years of experience in food manufacturing and/or perishable goods supply chain logistics
- Strong logistics and end-to-end supply chain understanding, including overseas sourcing
- Proven experience with negotiations and contractual agreements
- Exposure to major retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Albertsons, or Kroger
- Strong communication skills and confidence representing the business externally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, ownership-driven environment
