The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day activities on a client brand, building strong client relationships, and working with the Account team to drive planning and execution of Commercial patient and ambassador deliverables.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in determining deliverables, timing, and budget.
  • Assist with kickoffs and internal and external status meetings.
  • Assist with detailed project briefs for all new projects.
  • Reviews and signs off at each phase of project routing and ensures that all team members follow agency process.
  • Ensure that clients are informed of project status at all stages and manages expectations.
  • Assist in the development of the scope of work (descriptions, assumptions, estimates).
  • Collaborate with the necessary internal and external resources and when necessary, works with the team to secure additional resources.
  • Assist in monitoring timeline and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with the SVP to obtain necessary client feedback and approvals.
  • Ensure that all projects are uploaded for client medical/legal review.
  • Attend all client medical/legal reviews.
  • Ensure that all projects meet the client’s expectations and are delivered on time and on budget.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions
  • Demonstrate confidence, authority, and diplomacy
  • Experience in Veeva or other client MLR and Ziflow (or other digital routing) platforms are a plus
  • Commercial Patient experience is a plus
