Forklift Operator Warehouse

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Permanent Full Time Forklift Operator / Material Handler in Morris, Illinois.

• Salary: $21.75 per hour
• Schedule: Monday & Tuesday, Friday & Saturday, 5:30 am – 4:00 pm
• Location: Morris, IL
• Type: Contract

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Punctual with good attendance record

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Maintain performance measurement guidelines as per contract
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products for truck loading/unloading
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Perform additional duties as assigned
