Coaching & Development:
Provide hands-on coaching and leadership development to General Managers and department leaders;
Operations Oversight:
Monitor and support performance metrics such as OSAT, OEPE, labor cost, food waste, etc.;
Visit stores regularly to observe and audit people and processes, provide feedback and follow-up to check for improvement;
Safety & Compliance:
Conduct regular audits of food safety, inventory, scheduling, and customer service standards; ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards;
Facilitate regular GM meetings to ensure alignment of goals, communicate upcoming changes and gather feedback on opportunities for improvement
