Compensation- Full-Time Salary: $60,000–$90,000/year (based on experience and caseload)
- Part-Time/Hourly: $55–$75/hour
Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning (UABL) is a growing pediatric autism learning center seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative clinical team.
This position focuses on working with children ages 2–10 in a clinic-based setting alongside BCBAs and RBTs. We emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration, functional communication, and individualized care.
We are hiring for part-time or full-time
, with flexible scheduling.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and reassessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 and small group therapy using play-based and functional approaches
- Support communication, language, and social skill development
- Provide parent coaching and home carryover strategies
- Collaborate with BCBAs and ABA team members
- Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Illinois SLP license (Required)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred (autism/early intervention a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented and family-centered mindset
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible scheduling available
- Must be available until 5:30 PM at least two days per week
