🕒 Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

• Full-Time Salary: $60,000–$90,000/year (based on experience and caseload)
• Part-Time/Hourly: $55–$75/hour

Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning (UABL) is a growing pediatric autism learning center seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative clinical team.

This position focuses on working with children ages 2–10 in a clinic-based setting alongside BCBAs and RBTs. We emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration, functional communication, and individualized care.

We are hiring for part-time or full-time
, with flexible scheduling.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and reassessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide 1:1 and small group therapy using play-based and functional approaches
• Support communication, language, and social skill development
• Provide parent coaching and home carryover strategies
• Collaborate with BCBAs and ABA team members
• Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Illinois SLP license (Required)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred (autism/early intervention a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented and family-centered mindset

• Monday–Friday
• Flexible scheduling available
• Must be available until 5:30 PM at least two days per week
• Part-time or full-time options
