Speech Language Pathologist; SLP

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team as a full‑time, school‑based SLP. As an SLP, you will inspire young minds, build confidence, and help students find their voice—literally.

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans for students with speech, language, and voice disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to advance student progress.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments, document outcomes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide classroom instruction and consultative services to support students’ communication needs.
• Serve as a teaching resource for staff on effective communication strategies.
• Maintain compliance with IEP goals and district requirements.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and program improvement.

• A Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA).
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
