Responsibilities- Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in the clients lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors
- Support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience

- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and support the branch business plan. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
