We are currently seeking a SAP APO Consultant to join our team in Morris Plains, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Senior SAP APO/SNP Planning consultant (US Citizen)

The SAP APO / SNP Planning Consultant will support business planning operations within the SAP APO environment, with a primary focus on Supply Network Planning (SNP). The role includes supporting data loads and integration across APO, BW, SFDC, and related systems, while contributing to initiatives aligned with SAP RISE and S/4

HANA transformation programs.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure accurate planning data, system stability, and continuous improvement of planning processes.

• Provide functional support for SAP APO – Supply Network Planning (SNP)
• Support planning processes including Demand and supply planning, Network planning, Heuristics and optimization runs
• Troubleshoot planning inconsistencies and data-related issues
• Support business users with planning execution and issue resolution

• Support and monitor data loads into APO from SAP BW, SAP ECC / S/4
  
  HANA and other upstream systems
• Validate master data and transactional data integrity
• Perform data reconciliation between APO and source systems
• Coordinate with technical teams on CIF integration and interface issues

• Support APO-related activities as part of SAP RISE / S/4
  
  HANA transformation programs
• Assist in planning data alignment, migration readiness, and system integration during landscape transitions
• Participate in testing and validation cycles related to system upgrades or cloud migration initiatives
• Support functional testing (SIT/UAT) for APO enhancements and fixes
• Support other projects within the SAP landscape that impact planning processes

• 6+ years hands-on experience in SAP APO – SNP Planning (including Planning books and data views, Heuristics and optimizer configuration, CIF integration concepts)
• 5+ years Experience supporting APO data loads and reconciliation (involving BW, ECC, S4)
• Exposure to SAP RISE programs or S/4
  
  HANA transformation initiatives
• 4 year CS Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of SAP Funcitonal experience in ECC and S/4 HANA

• 10+ years of SAP Funcitonal experience in ECC and S/4 HANA
• 6+ years hands-on experience in SAP APO – SNP Planning (including Planning books and data views, Heuristics and optimizer configuration, CIF integration concepts)
• 5+ years Experience supporting APO data loads and reconciliation (involving BW, ECC, S4)
