Shift: Monday to Friday, 12am - 8am

Pay: $41,580 annual salary

• Provides on‑site daily supervision and essential coverage to consumers in a community residential group home program
• Assists consumers with personal care goals, provides medication education, and observes their self‑administration of prescribed medications
• Performs crisis intervention services as needed and reports all consumer concerns to the group home manager
• Participates in development of consumer activities and encourages participation in all social, recreational, and therapeutic activities

• BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field; OR BA in an unrelated field with two years of previous experience; OR AA with two years of experience in mental health/human services
• Valid Driver’s License
