Client Services Advisor

Description

Our client is seeking a Service Advisor to support and deepen existing client relationships within a growing wealth management firm. This role focuses on financial planning, client service, and portfolio oversight-no business development required.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead discovery, review, and planning meetings with current and prospective clients

+ Serve as primary advisor for select clients and manage ongoing portfolio reviews

+ Adjust asset allocations and identify new asset opportunities within existing relationships

+ Develop customized financial plans and guide clients through all stages of their financial lifecycle

+ Handle complex planning needs including tax, estate, retirement, and investment strategy

+ Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, and Client Service teams

+ Lead client onboarding and maintain accurate client notes

+ Organize tasks across the team and ensure timely follow-up

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65) required

+ CFP® required

+

Experience with financial planning tools (eMoney, Money Guide Pro , etc.)

+ Strong communication and client relationship skills

+ Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize

+ Solid wealth management acumen

+ Comfortable in a small growing firm's environment
