Sr Advanced Project Management Specialist

Overview

The Associate will support the Transition Management Office (TMO) for Solstice Advance Materials. This role focuses on coordinating and tracking post-spin activities across five critical pillars:
Transition Agreements, Legal Entity Changes, Business Continuity, Rebranding, Solstice Transformation.

• Project Coordination
  • Track and update progress on transition activities across all five pillars.
  • Maintain and manage readiness trackers and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Meeting Support
  • Prepare agendas, capture action items, and distribute summaries for weekly TMO meetings.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks with functional leads.
• Analysis & Reporting
  • Consolidate updates from multiple work streams into clear, actionable reports.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues promptly.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
  • Support communication of key milestones and dependencies.
• Financial Management
  • Maintain dashboards or spreadsheets for budget tracking and spend analysis.
  • Assist in preparing variance reports and financial summaries.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or corporate strategy
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

The annual base salary range for this position is $124,000 - $150,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
