Join Solstice Advanced Materials as the Senior Business Manager for Specialty Additives (Coatings, Inks & Adhesives). You will own the strategy, growth, and lifecycle management of Solstice’s additives portfolio and drive adoption of our cutting‑edge technologies across global markets.

• Define and execute the global growth strategy for Surface Finishes and Waterborne Direct‑to‑Metal Adhesion.
• Identify high‑value market segments, end‑markets, applications, and customers to drive above‑market growth.
• Build 3–5 year strategic plans and align them with product line, sales, marketing, and R&D.
• Lead cross‑functional execution, data generation programs, and partner with regional sales teams and key customers.
• Translate customer needs into commercial and technical actions and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support global sales teams with technical selling points, case studies, and competitive comparisons.
• Develop value propositions versus next‑best alternatives, support new offering development, and manage product requirements for new additive technologies.
• Drive launch readiness, documentation, regulatory requirements, and commercialization milestones.
• Build financial models (revenue, margin, ROI) and drive portfolio profitability improvements.
• Partner with Sales Directors, Account Managers, Technical Managers, and Distributors to drive adoption of new offerings.
• Explore new markets, applications, and adjacent opportunities for additives within the coating, inks & adhesives segment.
• Identify strategic partnerships, technical collaborations, and joint development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years in Product Management, Marketing, R&D, or Commercial roles in B2B specialty chemicals.
• 3+ years experience in coatings, inks or adhesives technologies.
• Proven ability to lead multifunctional programs without direct authority.
• Experience in strategy development, customer engagement, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
• Travel 20–30 %.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced business degree, experience launching new specialty additives, strong analytical skillset (VOC, segmentation, pricing, TAM/SAM/SOD).

The annual base salary range for this position is $183,000–$229,000.
