Accounting Clerk – SAP Environment

Position Overview

The Accounting Assistant (F&A) supports the Finance & Accounting team with AP activities, tax compliance, record keeping, and ad‑hoc treasury/AR tasks. The role emphasizes ownership аха, initiative, teamwork, quick learning of new technologies (including SAP), and compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate AP activities with shared services: check payments, vendor reconciliations, invoice processing, and timely payments/remittance.
• Maintain all tax records (sales/use tax, income tax, franchise tax) and ensure sales & use tax compliance (taxability of goods/services with internal tax team).
• Manage record keeping: ensure accounting records are properly stored, accessible, and retrievable.
• Collect, file, and manage W9 forms for new vendors; assist with yearly W9 filing.
• Handle corporate credit card reconciliation:
  Verify all expenses match statements and are reported timely.
• Support Treasury and AR activities as required.
• Demonstrate ownership, initiative, active listening, clear communication, and ability to collaborate/learn new technologies quickly.

• Previous experience with SAP system.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent English communication (speaking and writing).
• Team player with initiative to contribute ideas and take accountability.
• Ability to learn/adapt to new technologies and processes efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university.
