We are now seeking a passionate and detail‑driven Wedding & Events Supervisor to join our award‑winning team.

As a Wedding & Events Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring every event runs seamlessly. You’ll be the go‑to person on the day, supporting the Operations Manager and leading the operational team and liaising with clients to guarantee their vision is brought to life.

• Oversee the smooth delivery of weddings and events from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on the day, ensuring exceptional service.
• Supervise and motivate the events team, including casual staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to meet timelines and standards.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and guest experience throughout the venue.
• Cash up the business at the end of each event day, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and has a passion for hospitality and events.

• Previous experience in weddings/events or hospitality supervision.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and remain calm under pressure.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
