Overview

The Cabin at William Leech is a brand new provision designed to support children with SEMH and SLCN needs, providing high quality bespoke support for the children, with a trauma informed approach to learning.
Our teaching assistants will play a key role within The Cabin, as they will work closely with the children on a day to day basis and provide personalised support that helps the children learn and develop. The successful candidate will work both individually and with small groups of children with a range of different needs, helping them thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
We are also able to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated teaching assistant to grow with us, with a progression route to a higher level teaching assistant position available for the right candidate, following a successful probationary period. Please note, this role is 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days.
The Cabin teaching assistants will work closely with the children on a day-to-day basis, providing personalised support that helps the children learn and develop. The successful candidate will work both individually and with small groups of children with a range of different needs, helping them thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
