We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Managing Director and, where appropriate, their direct reports. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth running of day‑to‑day activities, enabling the Managing Director to make the most effective use of their time.
The successful candidate will be confident handling sensitive and complex matters with professionalism, diplomacy and sound judgement, while acting as a trusted point of contact both internally and externally.

- Proactively manage the Managing Director’s diary, assessing priorities, resolving conflicts and reallocating appointments as required
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and visas
- Manage correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses by the Managing Director, Senior Leadership Team or other staff
- Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and support the delivery of global and local initiatives
- Screen calls, enquiries and requests, responding where appropriate and escalating as necessary
- Support the Managing Director with research, preparation and follow‑up on actions within their remit
- Prepare high‑quality documents, reports and presentations
- Organise and support meetings for the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team
- Meet and greet visitors, liaising confidently with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracy
- A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt and re‑prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
- Proven discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Advanced IT skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
