To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a motivated and service‑oriented professional who is eager to contribute to a dynamic, international environment. If you enjoy combining operational HR work with process improvement and collaborating closely with employees and leaders across the business, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact and grow with us.
Your Role- Provide first‑line support to employees, managers and HR Business Partners for all HR‑related questions
- Manage administrative tasks throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, contract amendments, work certificates and exit documents
- Support meetings, HR projects and ongoing process improvements
- Perform four‑eyes checks on payroll files prior to submission to the payroll provider
- Ensure accurate preparation and filing of payroll documentation
- Provide absence coverage for payroll administration, including during critical cut‑off or payment periods
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at optimizing processes and documentation
- Act as a superuser for HRIS and time‑management systems
- Support performance management tools and related workflows
- Prepare regular HR reports, including birthday lists, holiday reports, headcount reports and additional reports as defined in the reporting matrix
- Strong service orientation, autonomy and reliability
- Proven experience in a similar HR support or HR operations role
- Structured, process‑driven working style
- Solid knowledge of HR administration; payroll or social insurance knowledge is an advantage
- Fluency in French and German is required, with good command of English
- Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal communication and team orientation
- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative and assume responsibility
