Dedicated Regional Dry Van (Hand Unload) driver, home weekly for a 34‑hour reset, delivering freight to stores across VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV within 700 miles of the Front Royal, VA distribution center. Average of 1500 dedicated miles per week, with runs that include nights, weekends, and holidays throughout your work week.

• Run freight to various stores and hand unload trailers at each stop, ranging from 1 to 6 stops per run.
• Complete a minimum of 3 loads per week.
• Attend orientation and shadow runs (2 paid full shadow runs at $150 per day) before driving.
• Maintain a 100% live‑unload completion rate at destination stores.

• Travel pay: $0.60–$0.73 per mile based on experience.
• Dedicated mileage: 1500 miles per week.
• Backhaul bonus: $35 per backhaul.
• Unloading incentive: $250 per trailer unloaded.
• Weekly incentive: $125 for a full work week.
• Estimated total weekly pay: $1,725, up to $126,000 annually.
• Vacation policy: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years.

• Clean CDL with no incidents or accidents within the past year.
• 3 months of Class A 53‑tractor trailer / flatbed experience within the past year (not counting school).
• No former SAP driver history.
• Hair follicle drug screening.
