Position Overview

We are currently hiring for a Seasonal Armed Security Supervisor position in Morgantown, WV. Safety is our #1 top priority, and we are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in armed security, law enforcement, or military service, who also has prior supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate will oversee armed security personnel, maintain a safe and secure environment, and ensure that all operations are conducted professionally and in compliance with site policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage armed security personnel on site

* Maintain a visible armed security presence

* Monitor premises and deter criminal activity

* Prioritize safety in all actions and decisions

* Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies

* Enforce site policies, procedures, and safety regulations

* Complete detailed and accurate incident and supervisor reports

* Provide professional interaction with clients, employees, and the public

* Mentor and guide security staff to ensure compliance with operational standards

Physical Requirements

* Must be in good physical condition

* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

* Maintain alertness and readiness throughout shift

Minimum Qualifications

Applicant must be able to pass:

* Background check

* Drug screen

* Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Applicant MUST:

* Possess a valid driver's license

* Possess a valid Concealed Carry Permit

* Have a minimum of 5 years of armed experience (law enforcement, military, or security)

* Have prior security supervisor experience

Equipment Requirements (Applicant Must Provide)

* Duty belt

* Minimum Level 2 retention holster

* Firearm

* Concealed vest (optional)
