As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will collaborate with a team to ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for customers. This role involves meeting production standards to deliver excellent customer service and learning the daily operations of a retail store, gaining valuable skills for a retail career. This position is essential to our organization and can lead to future opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cashiering and supporting the sales floor
• Processing and pricing donations of clothing, linens, housewares, and other items
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door with handling, pre-sorting, and moving donated goods

External Hiring Range: $12.00/hour

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Required Clearances, Licenses, and Certifications:

• Current, valid Child Abuse clearance is expected from candidates
