GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) – T1949.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when they require assistance.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store and in your area to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely and report hazards; follow safety policies and training; correct hazards where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws including federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders when required.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift (shift length may vary).
