AboutThe Role
In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in product knowledge and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit the customer. Your responsibilities include offering information on current merchandise, store promotions, and events, as well as executing operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to bring our brand to life for our customers, build brand loyalty, and deliver results with productivity.
WhatYou'll Do
- Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and leverage these behaviors to provide a premium customer experience.
- Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently; answer questions quickly and accurately.
- Offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
- Promote loyalty programs and educate customers about them.
- Utilize omni-channel offerings to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as needed.
- Respond courteously and promptly to internal and external requests.
- Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage customers and team members using technology.
- Problem solver focused on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and proactive in taking action.
- Courteous and professional in handling customer interactions and concerns.
- Skilled in information gathering to resolve issues.
- Quick learner capable of acquiring procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
