Job Summary:

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, completing planograms and resets accurately, maintaining visual standards, performing store measurements, completing layout initiatives, cycle counts, signage hanging, merchandise assembly, and delivering excellent customer service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.

Required Qualifications:

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Preferred

Skills:

Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, and interpersonal skills are desirable. Must be self-directed and capable of completing assignments independently.

Working Conditions:

Generally indoor with moderate noise, shifts typically from 4 to over 8 hours, travel between store locations in personal vehicle, promote safety, and work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel, lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds, operate store equipment, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders. Must have stamina to move throughout the store and outdoor areas quickly and safely.
