• Ensure that the team and your station is a safe and clean working environment.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Clearly communicate.
• Maintain a “Team Attitude” and be willing to help anyone in the restaurant.
• Prep fresh ingredients at the start of each shift (chopping vegetables/fruit, cutting meat, etc.).
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Stock and restock at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Be familiar with all areas of the kitchen (Stretch, Topping, Expo, Appetizer/Salad station, Dish room, Prep Station).

Starting pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour.
