Position Summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU (Progressive Care Unit) in Morgantown, West Virginia.

ASAP. Duration: 13‑week contract. 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts (3 nights per week; e.g., Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday).

This position is located in West Virginia.

Assignment duration: 13 weeks.

Schedule: 12‑hour night shifts, working weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday).

The Trauma & General Surgery Inpatient Unit is a high‑impact, fast‑paced nursing environment where nurses manage complex patient care issues. This 33‑bed unit includes both step‑down and floor patients, enabling nurses to handle a variety of medical and surgical conditions such as complex wound care, traumatic injuries, and bariatric surgeries.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to trauma and general surgery patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage complex assessment and care for patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and respiratory support needs.
• Utilize critical thinking skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with complex wound care, drains, devices, and chest tubes.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in a trauma or surgical unit is preferred.
