The Nurse Manager, under the Nurse Director's guidance, oversees all unit functions, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Coordinates staffing, admission processes, and surge plans based on census, acuity, and service needs.
- Collaborates with leadership to adjust plans for unit openings, closures, and merges.
- Supports staff development through onboarding, education, and professional growth initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, manages resources, and promotes service excellence aligned with ICARE values.
- Addresses problems professionally, participates in strategic planning, and maintains a positive team environment.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, RN licensure, an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and leadership/management experience.
- Full-time, varies schedule, located in WV.
