• Duration: 13 weeks (Start: March 6, 2026 – End: June 5, 2026)
• Shift: 12‑hour nights – 7:00pm – 7:30am (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday)

• Charting / EMR: EPIC (recent EPIC experience required)
• Orientation: 1 shift on unit
• Dress Code: White and royal blue scrubs

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (candidates willing to wait for state licensure will be considered)
• Minimum 1 year recent Neuro Med Surg or neurology RN experience (stroke care, seizure management, post‑op spine, DBS care)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic charting (recent use required)
• Strong neuro clinical skills, including G‑tube care and monitoring
• BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certification required (NIHSS must be in hand at submission)
• ACLS preferred
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and float to other units as needed

• Provide high‑quality acute care nursing for neuro Med Surg patients (stroke, seizures, post‑op spines, deep brain stimulator patients)
• Manage typical floor assignments of 1:5–6 and prioritize patient safety
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including 24/7 charge nurse and respiratory therapy support
• Accurately document all care and interventions in EPIC
• Verify monitor tech strip readings and elevate concerns per protocol
• Administer and monitor titratable drips per physician orders and unit protocols
• Participate in unit orientation, adhere to dress code, demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and floating

• Gain or expand neuro Med Surg and neurology RN experience in an accredited acute care setting
• Work with an experienced neuro team on a focused 20‑bed neurosciences unit
• EPIC‑based documentation – ideal for travel nurses with recent EMR experience
