Unit/Role: PICU RN (Cost Center 034) | Charting: EPIC

Hard requirements: 2 years PICU (non-negotiable) + BLS, PALS | DL unexpired + DL address >50 miles

Compliance: COVID vaccine required (or approved medical/religious exemption)

Unit snapshot: 20 beds (ADC ~15) | Ratios: ICU 1:1–2, Stepdown 1:3 | Drip titration yes (sedation/vasoactives; fentanyl/versed/precedex)

Schedule:

7a–7p / 7p–7a | Self-scheduling, block possible if needs met | Weekends: 2 weekends per 4 weeks | Holidays as needed

Float:
Within children’s (L&D, NICU, Acute Peds) per competency
