This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour shifts, Days:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM.

Join a dynamic Flex unit that serves both step-down and Med Surg patients, focusing on diverse medical diagnoses. This unit is transitioning to a state-of-the-art facility with 29 beds, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026.

• Provide quality care to a diverse patient population with primarily medical diagnoses.
• Titrate drips based on physician's orders, with a focus on medications including Heparin, Insulin, and various analgesics.
• Collaborate with charge nursing staff and Clinical Associates to ensure a safe and efficient unit operation.
• Monitor patients, including those on CPAP, BiPAP, and other respiratory support as required.

• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• EPIC experience is a must.
• Ability to handle a patient ratio of 6:1 on Med Surg and 3:1 on step-down.
• New and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply.
