We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Trauma & General Surgery Inpatient Unit. This high-impact, fast-paced nursing unit specializes in handling complex patient care issues, promoting nurses to practice at the top of their scope and abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multi-trauma cases, general surgery patients, and bariatric surgery, providing a broad spectrum of care.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the Trauma & General Surgery Unit.
• Manage complex wound care, drains, devices, and medical/surgical conditions.
• Administer medications and titrate drips as per unit protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting using the EPIC system.

• BLS Certification is required.
• Experience with complex wound care, chest tubes, respiratory support, and traumatic injuries.
• Ability to assess and manage Step-down and Med-Surg patients effectively.
