** JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
** This role generates interest and drives new leasing traffic to the leasing office, serves as a property representative at student hangouts and events, and provides additional support to the community at large leasing events.

*** Generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach.
* Talks to leasing prospects about community and housing needs.
* Distributes literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student hangouts.
* Attends housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community.
** Additional Compensation**:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
