This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at Stockton Mortgage in Morgantown, WV. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team of loan officers and support staff, developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering relationships with customers and business partners. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales goals and targets.
Qualifications- Experience in mortgage lending or financial services industry
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and goals
- Bachelor s degree in business or related field (preferred)
