Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team in Morgantown, WV. This is a full-time, steady position supporting plant maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience and advanced welding capabilities in an industrial environment.

The Crew Leader will oversee assigned maintenance tasks and support plant operations, including acting in a supervisory capacity during both planned and forced outages. Work assignments are provided at the beginning of each week and may vary in scope. This role requires versatility, leadership, and strong technical expertise.

• Lead and coordinate assigned maintenance tasks
• Perform and oversee:
  • Soot blower rebuilds
  • Pre-fabrication of piping systems
  • Construction of access platforms
  • Weld buildup of wear plates
  • Plant equipment removal, rebuild, and reinstallation
• Serve as acting supervisor during forced and planned outages
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (Foreman or General Foreman level preferred)
• Certified Code Welder required
• Plate, tubing, and structural welding
• Material thicknesses from 1/8" to 6"
• Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel, and P91 materials
• Strong industrial maintenance background preferred
• Ability to work full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
