• Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
• Licensed to practice law in West Virginia

$100,00 - $125,000 yearly + bonus potential + benefits DOE

• Represent clients in court and engage in mediation and related activities.

• Excellent courtroom presence and legal writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and client relationship abilities
• Confidence under pressure and compassion for people in crisis
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to track and enter time daily
• Prior Family Law Experience Is Preferred But Not Required
