Join Epic’s legal team as a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney to help us grow our global presence. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and providing proactive counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas.

• Manage and prosecute multi-million dollar litigation disputes.
• Provide counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law matters.
• Lead settlement negotiations and counter-arguments in high-stakes legal proceedings.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks.
• Develop expertise in a rapidly changing industry and increase responsibilities accordingly.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trial experience.
• Strong academic and professional background; competitive skill set.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
