Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist attorneys to prepare for family court hearings, providing essential support and maintaining organized records.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure comprehensive case preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the legal process.
  • Maintain and update case files, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement case strategies that align with client goals.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances, optimizing time management for the team.
Qualifications
  • Experience in preparing and managing legal documents with precision and efficiency.
  • Ability to assist attorneys in family court hearings, providing reliable support and maintaining organized records.
  • Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and keep them informed throughout the legal process.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and updating case files, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
  • Collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with the legal team in developing and implementing case strategies.
  • Organizational skills to schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances efficiently.
Compensation

$40,000-$55,000 per year
