Responsibilities- Provide quality patient care in a fast-paced stepdown setting, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
