• Ratio: 1:2 (acuity-based; may take stepdown-level overflow at times)

Required Experience (Must-Have):

• ACT (Activated Clotting Time) experience – REQUIRED
• Direct fresh open-heart admissions from OR
• Cardiac surgery care
• Pressure monitoring & Swan-Ganz management
• Impella monitoring
• CRRT

Experience Level:

• Minimum 2+ years CVICU experience
• Travel experience not required

Certifications:

• ACLS, BCLS, NIH required

Scheduling Notes:

• Blocked schedules only considered for weekends-only (Fri–Sun or Sat–Mon)
