This is a full-time, on-site role located in Morgantown, WV, for a Relationship Manager. The individual will focus on managing and growing relationships with business clients, assisting with their financial needs, and developing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, managing client portfolios, creating and implementing treasury management strategies, handling business lending, and collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
The role also requires proactive outreach to identify opportunities for expanding the bank's commercial portfolio.
- Strong expertise in Business Relationship Management and client relationship development
- Experience in Finance and financial analysis for commercial clients
- Proficiency in Portfolio Management and client account growth strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a commercial banking role (commercial loans, credit analysis, and loan review) is highly desirable
